Registration Instructions for
CIT-10, ICESS-10, ScalCom-10, and their Workshops/Symposia
| Please read the following notes before starting the registration process: |

Author Registration includes: |
| |
- Publication of one accepted paper in the proceedings
- A copy of the proceedings
- Access to all conference sessions, workshops and symposia
- Lunch, coffee breaks, banquet and reception
- Program brochure and conference goodies (e.g., bags/paper/pens) |

Each accepted paper must have one Author Registration. The deadline for Author Registration is 07 May 2010. Please note that if your payment is not received by that date, the paper will not be included in the proceedings. |

- Conference Papers: 8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
- Workshop Papers: 6 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. |

- Conference Papers: Up to 2 extra pages may be purchased at GBP 60 per extra page.
- Workshop Papers: Up to 2 extra pages may be purchased at GBP 60 per extra page. |

In order to qualify for the IEEE member reduced registration fee, the currently valid IEEE membership number must be included in the registration form and will be verified. |

For the registration for IEEE student member or Non-IEEE Student Member, the first author of the paper must be a student. The proof of current student status (e.g., valid Student ID or other proof of current enrollment) must be e-mailed (as an attached scanned image or pdf file) to bradford.conference.2010@googlemail.com . Furthermore, for the registration for IEEE student member, the currently valid IEEE student membership number must be included in the registration form and will be verified. |

Participant Registration applies for two cases: 1) one author has made the Author Registration for a paper and other authors of the same paper would like to attend the conference as well; or 2) A person does not have a paper to present and wants to attend the conference. |

Registration payments can be done via Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer. |

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by 7 June 2010.
Please note: author registrations are non-refundable and the bank transfer payment is not non-refundable.
There will be an administrative fee of GBP 60 deducted from each refund if the registration payment is done via Credit/Debit card. |
